When times are tough the scammers get to work. Taking advantage of the most needy.

 Once again, the scammer are at it. This time, it is an Employment Letter Scam.

Please Please Please do not let your clients or yourselves fall prey to this scam. It won’t work and is fraudulent. Anyone checking employment is going to pick up the phone and call to verify your employment. They are not going to rely on a simple 411 check to see if the company exists.

When it comes to applying for a mortgage, they will verify your employment. Once discovered that this is a scam, your application will be denied and your name black flagged.

Banks and Mortgage Lenders are aware of these scams and are actively defending against them.

 Letter of Employment (GTA)
Offering Letters of employment.
Letters made in any amount.
company established in 2004. *411 confirmed.
great for showing income for i.e Loans, mortgage, and renting an apartment….
fast and reliable $300

This is a SCAM and I want you to stay away from these people. If you have already made contact with them, report them to the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (www.fsco.ca).
